This webinar is targeted at researchers and scientists in the health, medical and biological fields who are interested to learn how to manage data better for research.
As a researcher or scientist, you have a lot of research data which could be stored in various formats and sources. Do you have a method to organise and manage your data properly? Do you have any backup plans or plans to preserve your research data? What happens if your data is lost or destroyed by accident?
Understand why good data management in research is important and learn about the skills, relevant services and resources that are critical to your work as a researcher with Dr. Christina Cho, Postdoctoral Research Associate at Yale University.

Christina Cho, PhD, is a cancer biologist who studies the role of the tumor microenvironment in the development and progression of solid tumors, including colorectal, pancreatic, and lung cancers. Her previous work includes identifying a novel role for unfolded matrix proteins in the progression of non-small cell lung cancer and identifying a new mechanism for type I interferon-mediated inhibition of primary tumor growth. Currently, she is investigating the mechanisms underlying tumor-mediated immune evasion in melanoma and lung cancer.
