This webinar will provide useful implications for library leaders and librarians who are looking for ways to increase the visibility of university libraries and librarians in the digital era.
The two important stakeholder groups that libraries need to serve are the patrons and the management or administrative department within the university. Universities continue to reduce budget and manpower due to various reasons, therefore justifying the value or impact of library is more important than ever before. To cope with the current environment, having better communications with stakeholders can be a great solution for libraries.
In this webinar, Dr. Kim RyoungEun will share how to keep up with patrons’ expectations, and how to connect them to the best resources in efficient & effective manners. She will also cover how to be aligned with the university’s mission to position library as a core contributor to the overarching vision of the institution.
