The nationwide open access agreement between Germany's Projekt DEAL and Wiley, announced in March of this year, was based on a new model called Publish and Read (PAR), which attracted worldwide attention. Such movements show that collaboration among stakeholders, such as the research community, research funding agencies, and publishers, opens up new possibilities in the distribution of academic information.
With this background, Wiley will hold a seminar with a central theme of "Partnership and Innovation" about the new developments that will bring to research and publication Hideyuki Nakajima, who is known as the leading AI researcher in Japan.
