As the manager of Library Technology & Innovation in Singapore Management University (SMU) Libraries, Salihin is responsible for transforming library services through the innovative use of technology. He was formerly an IT project manager handling enterprise information systems and digital library infrastructure projects in the Singapore Public Service.
