Heng Kai Leong is the Lead for Collections, Acquisitions and Discovery at Singapore Management University Libraries. He provides leadership and strategic direction for the management, development and evaluation of Libraries’ digital and physical collection. He also works collaboratively with other units in the library in other areas including resource access, discovery and licensing. He holds a MSc in Information Studies from the Nanyang Technological University and has more than twenty years’ experience working in academic libraries.
