Dr Libby Sander is a leading academic and an internationally renowned expert on work and the workplace. She is an expert on understanding the future of work, and how we can reimagine work to live more meaningful and creative lives. She is an agenda contributor at the World Economic Forum and has spoken at TEDx.

Libby has written for the Harvard Business Review and her articles on The Conversation have over 2.5 million readers. She is regularly featured on TV and radio, and in national & international media including for The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Financial Times, BBC, The Guardian, Newsweek and Fast Company commenting on issues on work, the workplace, society & future trends in organisations.

For over 20 years Libby has been sought out to consult to blue-chip multinationals, and to provide executive coaching for CEOs and leadership teams of some of the world’s leading organisations.

Libby has a PhD in Organisational Behaviour, and also holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Arts in Japanese and a Bachelor of Business. She is a former State and National Junior Champion in Equestrian.

Libby is leading several funded grant projects and her multi-disciplinary research spans organisational behaviour, neuroscience, architecture, psychology, entrepreneurship, and urban design. Libby’s research on workplaces has been implemented extensively in industry and been recognised with the top state award from the Australian Institute of Architects.
