Celia is an Information Instruction and Business Librarian at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Library. She was formerly a Research Librarian (Finance and Accounting) at Singapore Management University.  She received her MSIS from the University at Albany, State University of New York.  Prior to her pursuit in the library field, she worked at Deloitte and her last position there was Audit Manager.
