Alice Wood is the Director, Open Research APAC & China at Wiley. She focuses on sustainable routes to delivering a transition to open access as well as monitoring the evolving open access landscape around the world with a particular focus on the Asia-Pacific region. Alice has previously held a number of editorial roles within Wiley, and, as result, has a firm grasp of the challenges that the current environment presents for publishers and the learned societies for which many of them publish. She also acts as an advisory board member within the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion editorial workstream.
