Dr. Jacob Wickham, Senior Managing Editor of Integrative Zoology (Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences) and Adjunct Professor at the Department of Entomology, Rutgers University. Dr. Wickham has over 15 years of experience in academic publishing and has published several papers in high impact journals. For the past several years, Dr. Wickham is an experienced academic trainer, leading author workshops throughout the world such as “how to structure your manuscript to impress SCI journal editors and get it closer to acceptance”, "the peer review process", and "dealing with reviewer comments".
