新井先生的職業生涯始於旅遊行業，並於2006年加入出版資訊業。他在Elsevier和Springer的不同崗位上領導過多個業務團隊，在日本Envision Pharma Group以及CACTUS Communications工作期間也有豐富的經驗。他於2020年加入Wiley，擔任亞太區圖書館業務總監，同時也是STM協會日本分會的副主席。

Katsuhisa Arai begun his career in the travel industry, and joined the publishing, informational and communications industry in 2006.  He has led several institutional sales teams in his various roles in Elsevier and Springer and also has a wealth of experience from his time with Envision Pharma Group Japan as well as CACTUS Communications. He joined Wiley in 2020 as the Director of Library Sales, Asia Pacific, and is also the vicechair of the STM Association's Japan chapter.
