In 2008, Dr. Han-Ching Wang joined National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) as a faculty member and independent investigator. In 2020, she became a Distinguished Professor.Currently, she also serves as Director of International Center for the Scientific Development of Shrimp Aquaculture as well as University Librarian of National Cheng Kung University Library.

王涵青博士於2008年開始加入國立成功大學－並於2020年起獲聘為特聘教授。目前她同時也擔任成功大學前瞻蝦類養殖國際研發中心主任以及成功大學圖書館館長。
