A recent poll that we conducted with APAC librarians suggested that 49% of the respondents had a change in their job roles and responsibilities due to the pandemic, largely due to the closure of physical libraries and a surge in demand for online library services.

Operations have been modified with essential services in place and librarians also have to cope with working from home. That got us thinking, what would the future of workplace in libraries look like in the next two to five years?
